MicroSourcing believes that the private sector has an important role in addressing social issues in the Philippines. We recognise that our business will only thrive in communities that are equally successful. So we took the initiative to remain engaged in social issues faced by the society. We established a CSR arm to ensure that we actively participate in the betterment of the greater community. More importantly, we strive to integrate social value in the way we do business.
Our programs aim to extend job access to the disadvantaged youth. By sharing our expertise in outsourcing, the youth gain relevant skills and work experience that will enable them to acquire full-time employment in the outsourcing sector.
Our partnership with local organisations provide volunteering opportunities and donation campaigns for education, youth empowerment, and other causes advocated by our employees.
Our priorities include disaster aid and assistance to help communities affected by natural disasters through relief goods, supplies, and resources for shelter repair.
